We are proud to announce that Michael Lynch has been named the new Head Coach of the Concordia Lutheran High School Baseball Program.
Coach Michael Lynch comes to us with a depth of career coaching experiences across the state of Texas, having served most recently as the Head Coach at local Caney Creek High School. Throughout this process, it was made clear that his previous coaching stints and head coach roles afforded him with special opportunities to work alongside many other great coaches, families, and special athletes along the way. We are now honored to be the benefactor of these experiences, and to have his family back on our campus as Coach Lynch proudly carries on a strong family legacy, coaching prowess, and tradition of success here at Concordia. As a Tomball native, Coach Lynch carries with him deep networks and the respect of many in the local baseball community who know him personally as a proven program builder, respected leader, and as a solid man of faith and integrity.
With this, Lynch will also serve Concordia’s day to day operational needs in the Athletic department. He will additionally be engaged with members of school leadership in helping to develop the school's future strategy in the area of special education due to his deep background and career experiences in this specialized field within the public school system. We are honored for how his many gifts will bless our community and future in diverse ways. Coach Lynch also possesses a proven track record of connections at the collegiate and professional levels through his own playing time along the way, through the relationships he has formed with coaches serving the collegiate ranks, and through the young men that he has helped launch to play at the next level. Most importantly, Coach Lynch possesses a deep love for the Lord and a bold Christ-centered vision for the future cultural and competitive success of Concordia baseball.
