Global Embrace

Concordia’s Global Embrace starts right here in Tomball and the greater Houston area with our Christian Social Action class. 152 former and current students have served in the community, where they volunteer at six different service sites in the community. Every year, some of these students continue to partner with the service organizations after the class ends.

Our Global Embrace also extends to Costa Rica. We have been building homes there since 2012 and 23 students went on the trip in January 2019. Each home built has been fundraised by CLHS students, including a homecoming fundraising effort named “HOPEcoming.”
